I asked a couple weeks ago why there wasn't much information being posted on the site regarding the status of the range, and someone has deleted my post. That's a tad disappointing. I was a member, but my membership has expired. I WANT to support the club, but I've got concerns about whether or not there will be a club for me to enjoy and utilize. I'm only interested in the shotgun range. If I got some positive feedback about the club's situation, I'd re-up my membership, even if it means some time would elapse before I was able to use the facilities. But if it's not going to be there for me, of course I have reservations about sending off my money. Could someone in a position to know please post a by-weekly or at least monthly status report? I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it. Thanks.
Sorry about the deleted post. You might have noticed the spam messages that were around your post? Well I delete them daily, and sometimes I miss a legitimate post. My apology.
As to the range, The 'people in the know' are named in the current lawsuit. That means they may not talk about it unless they want the opposition to know what they said. It's called client attorney privilege. Means talk only to the attorney. Sorry.
With that said I will tell you that Inland isn't going anywhere. Buying a membership is the best support you can make right now. Fighting the good fight isn't cheap or quick.
I bought a life membership. I'm on the board and named in the lawsuit. Would I spend that much if I was waiting for the club to close? I think not. Come out and shoot trap. Watch the progress at the range.
